These Terms & Conditions govern the use of groveth.com and the contracting of the services offered by Groveth.

1. Purpose

Groveth offers digital services for lead follow-up automation, report generation and design with artificial intelligence. All services are digital in nature; no physical shipping is performed.

2. Prices and taxes

All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN). Catalog prices are net; Value Added Tax (VAT) of 16% is calculated and added during checkout.

3. Contracting

By completing a purchase, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions. Service delivery begins once the corresponding payment is confirmed.

4. Customer obligations

The customer agrees to provide the information and access needed for the correct execution of the contracted services.

5. Intellectual property

The deliverables developed for the customer become their property once the service is paid in full, except for third-party licensed components.

6. Limitation of liability

Groveth is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the deliverables or from factors beyond its control.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
