Refund Policy

At Groveth we want you to be satisfied with the services you contract. This policy describes the conditions to request a refund.

1. Nature of the services

Our services are digital and custom-made. Once a service has started, the assigned resources are not fully recoverable.

2. Refund requests

• Before the service starts: 100% refund of the amount paid.
• With the service in progress: proportional refund based on the delivered progress.
• Delivered and approved services: no refund applies.

3. Term

Requests must be made within 14 calendar days after purchase, writing to contacto@groveth.com with the order number.

4. Processing

Once approved, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used, within up to 10 business days.
